Spiced Mill Porridge Pot

Oat’s anyone?

I love porridge. Here is a breakfast recipe.  It’s delicious, filling.  Porridge is one of the only foods that gives me the urge to go back for seconds and thirds.  Food for busy days.  Fuel your body.  Oats.  Simple.

Spiced Porridge

Ingredients:

40g Oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tsps brown sugar,1 tbsp a mixture of flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, sunflower seeds (grounded), hot water.

Method:

1. Mix in all of the ingredients together.
2. Add enough hot water until desired consistency is achieved.
3. Add more of any of the ingredients to taste.
