The Baddest In Da Game

I had to click my fingers several times when I made this! Soon I’mma be the baddest amateur chef in the game.  This recipe is crazy! It was so unique and exciting.  Mushy Peas! Flaxseed! Soy Sauce! Sesame Seeds! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah Boi!  Saffy’s wonderful moment of madness! Or should I say greatness. I really don’t know what was going through my head.  It’s not that I try to be an individual it is just the way I am.  Never ever hide behind your imagination! Bring it to the forefront and believe that anything is possible!  Even if things do not turn out the way you want them to don’t worry.  God loves people who try!… I really have faith in that.

250g mushy peas, strong wholemeal flour, 25g cheddar cheese, 3 tbsps flaxseed, 20g sesame seeds, 40ml hot water, 1 x 7g satchet superfast action dried yeast, 2 tbsps soy sauce.

1. Mix the flour, water and yeast into a dough.
2. Knead until an elastic texture is reached.
3. Leave to rise for an hour in a bowl covered in oiled cling film for an hour.
4. Add the mushy peas into the bowl with the flaxseed.
5. Mush together and leave for another 40 minutes.
6. Mix in the soy sauce and cheddar cheese.
7. Put the soft dough into a prepared loaf tin.
8. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes at 150 degrees C.
